An actual Bandeja Paisa in Concord at a Peruvian restaurant? While not an extremely complex dish to execute, a shock to see on the menu and even more surprised how good it was. The chicharron was about as good as any I've had here and honestly among the best I had even while in Colombia. The salchicha felt of the same caliber of a Colombian sausage, the rough grind of the sausage and flavor were spot on, then of course perfect rice and beans with the arepita.
