Been registered with mocha parade 30 + years, brilliant gp and practice nurses /practitioners, a wonderful team especially lead by the wonderful Natalie, Amy and Jacob, Ash are helpful and nothing too much trouble and Patrick always available if needed - thankyou for everything
I have been a patient at this surgery and Dr Kassam for many years. I never had any issues before but in the last 6 months it has been terrible service. I order my monthly prescriptions through the chemist as required by the surgery and I repeatedly have medication missed, which is my diabetic insulin! I have to phone monthly to chase this up with the reception team and I get a response that it has not been requested and they will put through now and will take another 48 hours.
