The best customer service at a mechanic I’ve ever had. My car had been well overdue for a service and wasn’t in the best shape but Serge fit me in the following day, did the full service and then some and even vacuumed the interior and washed my car (and we have a dog). By far the best experience servicing my car I’ve ever had and will be recommending this to everyone in the bayside area.
Just had an awesome experience with crown automotive. I had a nail stuck in my tyre that made it go flat on a Sunday afternoon. I called to see if they could fix it, and it was done within 10 minutes with no charge. They are very honest and reliable. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou !!!
Serg is a cut above the rest when it comes to quality, reliability and great service. I have know Serg for over 10 years and he gives genuine advise and service with no mucking around.
