Cris and his crew were great, helping me convert two rooms with old carpet to laminate flooring. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, answering all the questions I had, and going above my expectations. For example, when I got a few other quotes, I expressed concern about a recurring damp patch in the carpet. Cris asked if he could pull up a corner and take a look to give me a better idea of the issue, which no one else did. He was knowledgeable about the entire process and kept me well informed about everything!
I called Cris from a referral. We had our floors installed by someone else, and it was a disaster. Cris and his team did an excellent job. Cris was upfront and honest about what needed to be done and pricing. Their work is high quality, fair pricing, and very dependable. Thank you!!
We needed to have our floors completely redone and are so glad to have worked with Cristian from Mocean Flooring! He was the only one to really take the time to explain the underlying issue and how important the prep side of the process was. We never felt rushed to make a decision, but once we did, it was a seamless process! The project moved very quickly, and the outcome was amazing! We love the new floors and highly recommend this team!
Cristian was amazing, professional and communicative. Showed up as scheduled and did an amazing job installing our hardwood floooring. Would recommend 100 x's over and over again!
