Mr. Mocci took a call from me directly a few years back about accessibility issues with one of his properties. Not only did he listen to my concerns, validate them, and promise to fix the problem, he called me once it was Completed - Proving to be a real ally to those who are among the “disability” community. Many people do not know how kind and considerate he truly is. Many business owners should take a lesson from him; instead they are ableists who completely ignore and disregard basic needs and requests.
