Didn’t clean car well at all. Used the touch-less wash (Ultimate) $17 and it came out the same as is went in…
Horrible car wash. $5 for barely 3 minute wash and you pay for vacuums that have zero suction.
Cold water doesn’t get any thing clean. Turn up the heat. 🤔
I have been washing my car here for years and have been really happy with the results until my most recent visit in which the touchless drive in wash actually blew the paint off the side of my car. This is very unfortunate because I really liked this wash but I want to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future, and inform management of my experience. It’s been devastating.
Can't in good faith give lower than three stars because I didn't use Mocady's drive through car wash. However, the customer service was rude enough I left for the car wash less than half a mile away which had greater capacity and comparable or better prices. They have plenty of vacuums, two or so self service car washing stations and only one drive through service.
