UPDATE: Fiona did reach out and offered to remedy the situation by offering me another facial. I have had two facials from this studio. I purchased the anti-aging facial Groupon. I was pregnant/breastfeeding so I was unable to get that specific facial. The studio was nice enough to let me switch to the Organic Facial. The session was relaxing with lots of perks and extra care and attention not usually found at other spas.
