Moe the sales rep was very kind and worked well with what I was looking for, no pressure or hidden fees. Found a car I loved and Shadi could not have been more compassionate about what they sell. He takes the time to personally inspect the vehicles and make sure they are quality and fit for sale. We found what we thought was a great deal online, so we made the 2 hour trip. While test driving it we noticed a "skunky" smell. After researching it, one possibility noted was an oil leak. During negotiations they WOULD NOT come down on the price. When we expressed concerns about the potential oil leak, they denied it was a problem and said if it became a problem we could bring it back to them for repairs (minus labor). During our negotiations the car "had to be moved" 3 times. So different people were coming in to get the ... read more
