We live nearby and have used this car wash for years, but recently the experience has been extremely frustrating. Over the past five weeks, my wife and I have visited three separate times where the machine accepted our $15 payment but never started the wash, and no refund was issued. We called the phone number listed on the machine and left detailed messages with our names, the amounts charged, and what happened, but we have not received a single return call or refund. Absolute 100% junk. Don’t go here cause nothing works. And I mean that literally.. whoever owns this and runs, this should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.
Went here yesterday (5/9) get a quick wash in the touches bay for $10. When it was time to pay the machine ate my $10 bill with no further instructions to proceed into the bay. When I pressed the refund button...nothing, it just went back to the "main menu" to select a wash. I selected the $10 wash again and said to deposit $10 so I paid by card. The wash was decent but the dryer was not working.
Vacuum was broken.
