“I used the touch-less car wash here and was extremely disappointed. I paid $15.75 and got almost nothing in return. The sprinklers didn’t work properly, and the foam coverage was very weak. This was my first time trying this place, and it will definitely be my last. I usually go to the ones on Preston Hwy and in J-town—they’re not only more effective but also more affordable.
*Update: I never said anything about the pre soak not working. As I stated your machine wouldn't accept my card. The panel wasn't working at all and it was very flimsy and taped together. Wow guys, I wanted to try your self service car wash and couldn't. Your machine wouldn't accept my credit card and I'm glad it didn't. That machine look damaged in all your bays and very loose. It seems like it's been broken for a long time. So I wasted my time coming there. You guys need to put up a sign saying damage machine on your site to warn people.
People need to be aware. Stop taking nice cars here. They have guide bars that keep you from running into their machines. If it damages your car, it's on you regardless. This is totally unacceptable. Never again. Thanks for nothing. $300 worth of damage. Nothing. It's looked as curbing and other road hazards, so falls on you. I will manual do it. 1st time ever using bay and then it costs me.
