Customer service stinks. I have called on numerous occasions for prices on large quantities and I keep calling back and no one ever returns my call. Not sure what has happened in the last few years but they once were reliable. The only issue I ever had was their shipping. It never arrives when they say it will. Never ship within 10 days or whenever they say. Either they are extremely busy or they only have a couple of people working, or they just don't care.

While they have a great selection of products, their shipping takes up to four weeks to arrive, and yet they say they are shipping 7 - 9 days out. I've never received an order from them in a timely manner. They also do not update their website to inform you if products are out of stock or not. You find that out after you receive your order and notice that what you ordered is out of stock. Most companies would call you or send you an email advising you of the shortage but they do nothing.
