I don’t know who “Qaiss Nasseri” is but I can certainly say he does not know what he’s talking about. I’ve been dining in for about 2 years now and I can tell you the food, as well as Marvin’s costumer service, are excellent every time. First of all, is the experience is so “bad” then why do you keep coming back? 🤔 and second of all, in which universe does offering a second plate of food because your order was wrong is a horrible service?
