This shop is extremely difficult to deal with. The owner is never there, ever. The opening and closing hours are never respected — you can show up at 3 p.m. and find the store closed! Then, when it finally looks open, you rush over thinking, “Finally!” — only to find a student trying her best to manage the place on her own, but clearly lacking experience. I had my Pixel 4 repaired at Mobocom and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was honest, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They replaced my battery and had my phone working perfectly again in just 30 minutes. It’s rare to find such trustworthy service these days, I’m really glad I found Mobocom after other repair shops couldn’t help. Highly recommended!
