They did an absolutely great job on my carpet which had gone from beige to horrifying when my dog met a delicious box of chocolate cake mix which he licked into the carpet. They were also able to come out pretty quickly (other places the stains would have had to sit for a few weeks). The serviceman was very friendly, and did a thorough job; by the way he talked you could tell he actually cared about getting the stains out. My only complaint was it was a bit expensive considering it was one room in a small apartment, but it d... read more
