Very Professional, informative and knowledgeable
Initially, my interactions with Dan were positive. When it was determined I needed a tech to come look at my electrical box, I was told they it would be $600 to come look at the unit. I realize I live in Madisonville, 40 minutes from their office, but $600 to look at the electrical box is a bit much. When I called Dan to see who I could talk to, I was told nobody.
