Neisha and team were great during the entire building process! We love our new home and custom designs...not many builders allow customizations anymore so we were thrilled when we had the opportunity to design our home the way we wanted to and in the perfect location.
Maureen Mobley is a wonderful builder to work with. She is kind and patient. We were able to really explore options and take our time while doing our color selections. Unlike many builders, she is not pushy, which we truly appreciated. She was incredibly thorough and committed to our vision for our home. Building our home with her was a pleasure!

This is truly a terribly company. Our experience with them was so bad that if there was a way to give them zero stars, I would do that. I will outline only the major issues that I faced with them since the list is so long. 1. They consistently lied about the amount of time it would take to build the house. They kept saying 6-9 months and finally delivered at the 23 month mark. I finally had to close at the 23 month mark because my rate lock would have expired forcing me to get home loan at significantly higher interest rate.... read more
