My charger port wasn’t charging properly because it needed a good cleaning. The gentleman working there did try, but said it would need to be completely changed for $65. I ended up taking it to another store where they cleaned it thoroughly in 10 minutes for $20, and it’s working like new
Least helpful place I've been to. Tried to sell me an 80$ case or screen protector, when I asked for something relatively cheap. then simply said "I don't have what you're looking for" clearly overcharging and only serving "certain kinds" of people
Had a wonderful experience at Mobizone recently. The owner helped me through the entire SIM card swap, getting a refurbished iPhone, and handled my trade-in for my previous phone.
