My latest Viper system was installed by Eddie and it has been a good one. He offers really great service when I had a problem with it, he came over on a weekend to help. It turned to be a bad battery. It took him about 20-30 min to finally access that it wasn't his product. I wouldn't have known how to figure that one out. Faulty wiring with a bumper hitch installation was the cause. All is right with the world now. Thanks again ...........................
Eddie done a great job and very professional. He showed me how to use everything and if I had any trouble just come by and he'd take care of it at no xtra cost.
