Guy in the store seemed nice enough and seemed to know his inventory, but prices were a little high for used devices (particularly since they were VZW only and not carrier unlocked).
They came through for me when I needed it most, excellent service
Fred is awesome, had my camera glass cleaned and replaced fast.
Very poor customer service. I took my samsung in with screen issues. The guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at the phone to check for problems. He only wanted to sell me a $300 screen replacement. Which would not have fixed my phone. Come to find out, (on my own), samsung ran an update that caused this. You would think someone in the business would be aware of ALL the update problems. This GREEN SCREEN has been happening for over a year now.
Pricey. Same day service. Slower than promised. Discovred a new crack in my screen. But they had rare item in stock and an emergency. So I am thankful. At least give them a call.
