We scheduled an appointment with MobilityWorks after completing an online inquiry. I received a call from a representative Ahmed, a confirmation email, and even a follow-up call from a manager Osvaldo confirming the appointment time. wish I could do negative stars I tried to use this dealership quite a few times. the first time a few months ago when I called the sale line i asked if appraisal could be done over phone and was told yes. I was then told they would come pick it up and again after was told no. I decided to go back since I could go into store because my husband was off and was told we can do credit ahead of time. So glad we chose Mobilityworks in Bear Delaware. The greeting from when we walked in, to our purchase, service was top tier. Everyone we encountered shook our hand and introduced themself. They explained everything about the product we were purchasing in detail. The professionalism and customer service goes beyond measure. We were not rushed although we walked in almost 20 minutes before closing. We left very satisfied customers.

Hello. I wanted to let you know that Ben and Tim from MobilityWorks were at my home recently to install a wall lift for my daughter. Their work and their level of customer service were excellent. They worked quickly, quietly and diligently. Ben even came back when we had user-related issues and questions. Both gentlemen were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable beyond expectation.
