If I could give a negative star, I would. I have spent months trying to have my elderly mother's chair lift repaired. They tell me they are working on it and that they will call me back, but they still cannot resolve it. It's amusing how prompt they are when selling the $15k+ product, but then something goes wrong with it, and they do their best to ignore you.
Had worked diligently with me troubleshooting a contrary loft. After first not finding the issue he invited me back making room for me during a busy schedule. He worked hard to help me out during a number of unrelated issues with complaints. He was very professional and kind to me being disabled I highly recommend him and know as a maintenance supervisor he rocks

The best experience I’ve had with any car dealer or service shop. They worked hard to get my van ramp fixed within hours so that my Mother’s crucial medical appointments could be maintained. Helped us out immensely and they couldn’t have been better through out.
I had a good experience at Mobility Works, 3327 S. Sam Houston Pkwy E., Suite 300, Houston, TX 77047 buying a wheelchair van for transporting my handicapped husband. My husband was put into Hospice care and died just days after I purchased this 2020 Toyota Sienna van. I was always advised that I should sell it back to Mobility Works once we were finished using it. Unfortunately, I could never use it even once!
