Earlier today I called the dealership to see if a vehicle was in stock. I never gave the sales lady my information. I’m already working with someone in my area. I was just going to drive to the concord store to see if the vehicle I’m looking at was a fit for me. The sales lady took my information and set an appointment I never set. I called and spoke to a manager with the last name Benson I believe. I expressed I didn’t like it and he was very condescending. I wouldn’t recommend this store due to their manners.
