MobilityWorks was wonderful from start to finish. We were taking a trip from NC to FL to bring my husband to Universals Epic Universe for his 49th birthday thru Team Gleason and ALS Ride for Life. We had a lot of special needs as this was my husbands first trip and time outside of the house since becoming a quadriplegic, trach/vent almost a year ago. Good service on wheelchair vehicles
Don't bother. Twice I had my ramp break. I called, left messages, nobody reached out. Second time I even spoke to a person who said the service tech should call. Nope. Had to figure out how to get it fixed on my own cause obviously that is an urgent issue.
