I brought my Van in to have them look at a ramp 3 months ago. They told me that they had ordered parts and were waiting for them. I have called probably 5 times asking when my part is gonna be in and when can they fix my Van. They keep telling me that they are still expecting the parts in. I gave up and took it to CARS and within one day they had my van fixed. Don't know what's up with this place, but I will not be bringing my van back there again.

I asked for a quote for repairs on my van a year ago and they never responded. He must have been too distracted by his casual company. I decided to contact them again to buy another van. There was never an answer so I left a message. I tried a couple days later and got the voicemail again. I left the last message I will ever leave there. I am picking up my van from the dealer I got my first van from in Albertville. I would highly recommend against using this company. Very undependable.
