Don’t buy any of the warranties they offer. We bought every warranty they had. We’ve had our van one month. The seatbelt completely broke apart, and we needed a new battery. None of the warranties covered any part of any of these issues, including needing to be towed to the facility for $150.
We live in Wyoming and had to drive to Denver to purchase my wife’s mobility modified van. From start to finish my experience was nothing less than first class. Paul and the whole crew didn’t treat me like a customer, but a friend helping a friend. Had an issue driving home, Paul’s follow thru to completion was outstanding customer service. Kudos to Mobility Works of Denver and don’t have any regrets recommending this business. Job well done crew.
Bad rental experience. I was not sent the docusign until the day before leaving. I was told that I would receive it on the Friday the week before. Docusign did not accurately represent the mileage per day Mobilityworks stated in their quote. Docusign makes you sign for 100 miles per day. Mobilityworks says in their online quote 150 miles per day. Mobilityworks was unable and unwilling to amend docusign. Had a great experience with Paul our salesman. He helped us thru every step of the way from showing us multiple options for vehicles for my mom to getting the financing finalized. Definitely recommend.
I would highly recommend Mobility Works for your needs and a place that truely cares for people and wants to help in anyway !! I worked with Richard Miller and he went beyond and helped us so much get into a amazing Van for our son and did so much to help our family !!!
