The sales manager and service department are wonderful, they made me feel like family the minute I stepped in the door. I will never go anywhere else!
Staff for setting up a rental was friendly. unable to use there service for a rental due to miscommunication between staff at corporate office and this location when I was under the impression everything had been arranged. Seemed a bit disorganized I recommended double checking your booking to make sure your not left stranded last minute.
I am surprised by the amount of good reviews, my experience was quite the opposite. Michael has 0 customer service skills, and the service department is equally as bad. STAY AWAY!
Horrible communication, customer service etc. So sad this company only cares about themselves NOT the customer. I will NOT use them in the future, period.
