I don't know why my mother had y'all come out with a van an hr. Away knowing we don't have not even a down payment. I'm sorry but no I will not be calling to fill out info. I don't have money to put down and I'm sorry she wasted y'all's time. I don't know why y'all would drive that far without knowing if said person had turned intentions of buying 1. But I apologize
I have called six times to rent a wheelchair accessible van. Four times no one answered. Two times I spoke with someone who said I would receive a call back which never happened.
Mobility Works of Madison is great! They fixed my wife's manual wheelchair quickly (the rubber tubeless tire had come off of the wheel rim). Thank you very much David Jones (Service Manager) and Jeff Kock (General Manager). Mobility Works also carries powered wheelchairs and modified Vans to transport folks in wheelchairs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Last year I wrote a positive review (see below), thinking all was fixed. I have taken the van in for further repairs since then. It appears I spoke too soon. My ramp isn’t working and I have called 3 times and I haven’t heard back. Daniel Jones was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Mobilityworks completed the needed repairs pretty quickly. I am happy to have a fully functional van and ramp again.
This dispute has been resolved to my satisfaction. Do not go to this location. I ordered hand controls for my car and they put the wrong kind on my car, took out the airbag instead of putting an airbag on/off switch on. I decided to just keep the ones they put on cause I can imagine the nightmare of getting them to fix that. The manager promised to make sure they took care of me and righted their wrongs.
