Do not go to this location. I ordered hand controls for my car and they put the wrong kind on my car, took out the airbag instead of putting an airbag on/off switch on. I decided to just keep the ones they put on cause I can imagine the nightmare of getting them to fix that. The manager promised to make sure they took care of me and righted their wrongs. Manny Robelo is the BEST.! He got me a wheelchair lift that is perfect for my SUV and he installed it comple made an excellent video. Harmar did not have a video, so Manny made a great video! I wish I had bought all my disability equipment from Manny.
I am a disabled, wheelchair-bound veteran. I have had multiple interactions with this company and have even sold my old wheelchair-accessible van to them. However, my recent experiences at a location in Tennessee have led me to lose trust in this company. While I could elaborate on the specific issues, I don't believe they would be addressed.
