Allen Newton took the time to help me find a vehicle that could transport my wheelchair bound father and was within my budget. It did have a low tire pressure that he said he would fix. However, when I picked it up, the light was still on. He assured me he would fix it. Later he had someone pickup the van, repaired the warning light, and returned it to my home. He is a man of his word and I appreciate him for it!
They have nice rental vans true. But the price gouging makes me not want to do business with them. They rarely do one day rentals and there's no drop box so you're pretty much forced into multiple days. 2 days approx $500 because they're the only company in the area
Always excellent service
We bought a wheelchair accessible minivan from MW. The sales agent Rusty did a great job at understanding our needs and wants. He didn't try to steer us toward anything higher than our price range. In the end he found us a van that checked all of our boxes. The manager Travis was in full communication with us from our first connection with MW. I can't recommend them high enough.
Alicia came and fixed a problem with my van that’s been going on for weeks. Very professional and determined to fix problem. Very good experience.
