Working in an industry that provides services and products to those in the community with disabilities is very, very challenging. I am surprised at the poor reviews and suspect there are often two sides to a story. In my case, we purchased a Joey Lift, and hand controls for our van. Sold us a “brand new” vehicle that has had issue after issue. Bought it with 100 miles they delivered with over 1k. Then I noted some scratches and they delivered my title to the wrong state. Took months of chasing people down to get anything done. Andy blows off most texts, Ben in ramps messed up my ramp orders, Samuel told us what we wanted to hear before purchase and then they didn’t want to help with tags despite saying they would if we went through them. I am absolutely furious with the home access department. I feel like we have been robbed. I have been waiting months for someone to let me know how they are going to fix that fact that we were sold the wrong pool lift. I have called countless times. I have been told we would be taken care of and still nothing. Most times I can’t even get anyone on the phone at all. Easton went above and beyond his job. I called for a virtual visit to see the wheelchair vans. I spoke with Easton and told him what I wanted and that I wanted a virtual visit. Instead Easton drove the van to our home for us to look at and test in person! He even helped us with the financing and drove the van back to us after we purchased it and took our old cars away.
