I am absolutely furious with the home access department. I feel like we have been robbed. I have been waiting months for someone to let me know how they are going to fix that fact that we were sold the wrong pool lift. I have called countless times. I have been told we would be taken care of and still nothing. Most times I can’t even get anyone on the phone at all. Easton went above and beyond his job. I called for a virtual visit to see the wheelchair vans. I spoke with Easton and told him what I wanted and that I wanted a virtual visit. Instead Easton drove the van to our home for us to look at and test in person! He even helped us with the financing and drove the van back to us after we purchased it and took our old cars away. My husband and I bought a wheelchair van from Mobility Works and Easton. He was so patient with us and he never gave up on finding the perfect van for us. Easton even delivered it to us and explained everything about the van, which is going to make our lives easier. We would highly recommend this company and Easton if you need a wheelchair accessible van. We love our new van. Thanks Easton!!!!
