I called in regarding an issue with a mobility scooter . I explained the problem over the phone and Aaron was amazing ! Very polite and knowledgeable, he solved the problem within minutes.
We could not recommend Tammy and the Mobility Works rental team more! Scheduling is easy, the vans are spotless and allow us to give our loved one more comfort and independence! We will certainly be back!
Wheelchair van accident
Absolutely fantastic service. They made the purchasing experience seamless and easy. So glad we went with MobilityWorks!
Had minor issue with my lift and stopped in to see if someone could take a look. Without my scooter I'm stuck, without the lift to get the scooter in and out of the van, I'm sunk. Eric spent quite some time working through the problem and I was able to go about my business. I really appreciate the quick, thoughtful help.
