Maria and her team were fantastic in helping me out and getting me the perfect wheelchair accessible van. They made it easy to understand and it was clear that she cared a lot about my needs and wants as a disabled person looking for an accessible vehicle. I was even set up with a perfect warranty for my vehicle and was assured if anything happens I'm able to come to them and get it fixed up. I would recommend Maria and MobilityWorks to everyone seeking an accessible vehicle.

I am totally dependent on my scooter to get around. My rear wheel snapped off Jason went above board to get the repair man out to Batavia asap and get it fixed. Both he and the repair man are awesome, the dog and I are extremely pleased with their service.

Bought our second van from Mobility Works in Amherst, NY. I couldn't recommend this branch highly enough. Everyone from sales to service has been so helpful and diligent in answering questions and looking out for our needs. Robert in sales really took time to understand our priorities as it's very daunting to buy vans of this type! My stepfather went to this location to purchase a van. Before signing, Jason assured my stepfather that if his mechanic found anything major with the van, they would take care of it. Three days later, when my stepfather called with the mechanic's assessment, their response was essentially "too bad, so sad" and "thank you for your business." Now my stepfather, who is retired and on a tight budget, is left with a $1,000 repair after his recent purchase. Please be wary of this location; you would be better off going elsewhere.
