Mobility works used to be very good. Now, under new management it is atrocious. I brought my wheelchair van in to have a leaner switch replaced. Instead of using a new part which I was going to pay for a switch from an old chrysler was put in. Clearly it did not fit, and when they forced it in. They broke my whole council. Failed to tell me they broke it, when I called, he said he would replace the part. Sadly, they are no longer making that part. So I am left with a broken switch. And a broken council. They work together as a team to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Very friendly and understanding. They were done a bit earlier than expected and the job was installed correctly. We brought our own food for lunch and they let us use their table, chairs and coffee and water machines.
