Horrible communication we have been waiting a year to get our ramp completely fixed always the run around excuse after excuse if there were any other place that repairs accessible vans I’d go there in a heartbeat all they did was fix the door and put in a cord that only lasted 2 weeks before snapping. They also have a tendency to hang up on people who talk using a iPad or other talking devices

Superior service! Greg was exceptional from start to finish!! We had quite a few things going on and they were beyond throughout and made sure we were taken care of! Mobility Works helped us get our vehicle back on the road as fast as possible. Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend Mobility Works in Albany.

I am a first client and had a need for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. When suddenly I found myself in urgent need for a vehicle to properly care for my mother. Patrick was understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond to help me during an extremely stressful time. Patrick listens to clients and finds the right vehicle for them.
