I am a first client and had a need for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. When suddenly I found myself in urgent need for a vehicle to properly care for my mother. Patrick was understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond to help me during an extremely stressful time. Patrick listens to clients and finds the right vehicle for them. This business is a gem to whoever has a disabled family member and who needs to rent a specialized van with a lift. Ron is a true gentleman who is thoughtful and kind, and makes every effort to address your needs. Glad to have this business in the Albany area.

This company went way above and beyond to fix our adaptive device immediately, instead of waiting 3 weeks for the next available appointment. Aftan (sp?) was extremely helpful and understanding! Barry assisted in making it happen so quickly. Right down to Ron helping with pickup. All wonderful!! I highly recommend this company for your adaptive vehicle or device needs!
