I had a very disappointing experience with Tiffany. Instead of helping us when we contacted her, she told us to send an email and said she would get back to us. We waited over a month without any meaningful response. When someone from different state finally called, it was only to tell us that she refused to help. The lack of communication, long delay, and unwillingness to assist made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. 5 stars When my dad suddenly became disabled and fully dependent on a power wheelchair, we were overwhelmed trying to figure out how to get a wheelchair-accessible van quickly. From the very first call, Lee Cramer at MobilityWorks went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Lee offered to bring a van out the next day — to my parents at the hospital — to make sure my dad's wheelchair would fit and to walk us through all the options. Thank you to the entire team at Mobility Works. From the front desk (Joanie), to the Sales Floor (Lee Cramer_Ryan Lynn), to the service Department (Tiffany Nesbit) and the Finance Team (Nathan Polete) Working through the VA processes can always be challenging.
