I can't begin to express the appreciation I have for EVERYONE at Mobility Works here in Charleston, SC. I am an incomplete quadriplegic due to cervical spinal cord injury. The only way I can get around on my own is with a wheelchair accessible van. These vehicles can very testy and troublesome. Bought a van from these guys. Our salesman Matt, went WAY above and beyond for us. My van was totalled and we had to fight the insurance company for 5 months to get payment for a replacement vehicle. In fact, their tech, (I wish I could remember his name) is the person who told us about the frame damage that totalled my van. The door wasn't working right and he knew at first glance that there was frame damage and that the vehicle was no longer safe. Who knows what could have happened had he not caught it!! These folks are terrific. Matt helped us through the process of picking out a van that perfectly suits us. This was a very stressful period of time for us, and Matt was understanding, thoughtful, and practical.
The atmosphere was pleasant. Tim the mechanic is friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me step by step the mechanics of the ramp and how he cleans all the moving parts. The rest of the staff was pleasant and extremely friendly.
