I was extremely pleased with the service I received getting hand controls on my new car. Everyone was extremely helpful. The installer who said he has been working there thirty years made me feel confident in his ability to get the job done right. Edward was helpful in teaching me things I never knew in thirty years of driving with hand controls.
This is not just any 5 stars. This is truly a 5 star experience. From the first phone call and setting up a repair appointment for our stair lift, to the competent and professional technician that made the repair, I wish I could give six stars. This review is for Home Safety products. Patrick was our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was new to the world of wheel chairs, ramps and grab bars. Patrick answered all my questions, did thorough analysis of our home and outlined the products that would best fit our needs. He made the process very easy for us. I would highly recommend.
My wife's stair chairlift stopped working. She had urgent need for its repair. After explaining her dire need, Mobility works repaired the stair in short order.
Great business! The staff is helpful and friendly. They have installed all of my hand controls for the past 20+ years, but they do so much more to help individuals with disabilities be successful and independent in their daily lives. They can also help secure funding for equipment needs. They are active in the community and host vendor fairs to help people find equipment and services that they may not have been aware of.
