Chris was great the entire time we were looking for a new van. The new van is great. It drives smoother than the old one and it has everything we need to make sure my husband is safe and secure in his wheelchair. The entire team at the Windsor Mill location is friendly and helpful whenever I contact them.

This story is worth telling - I got in touch with someone at Mobility Works Laurel. Can't remember any of their names but initial lady I chatted with back and forth for about a week, sort of disappeared due to family emergency or something. She had texted me the name of another sales rep I was supposed to get in touch with. Couldn't get hold of this guy for another week. Chris Garey at Mobility Works is a very trustworthy, honest person. He does everything in his power to help his customer and to make sure they are happy with their purchase. Chris went above and beyond to help my husband and I with purchasing a van he always responded to any emails or text messages And answer any phone calls with any questions that I had during this process if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, Chris is the guy I promise you’ll be happy with the excellent customer service he provides
