My parents hired this company to install a bathroom grab bar for a mobility-impaired family member. One side of the grab bar was not anchored into a stud. I had my van modified by them I voiced concerns about poor workmanship at other mobility works I've been to throughout the country they reassured me they were NOT the same well it was a LIE. First of all it took months to install my hand controls and when they finally finished it was the wrong parts so I had to wait another few months for the correct parts the annoying part was they didn't even replace the damage they caused by cutting up interior plastics to make the wrong parts fit they passed the repair cost on to me on t... read more
