The lady that conducted my my appraisal was very passive aggressive. When they looked at my car she passively handed me my key. I had to ask the assistant if that was all and she told me that the appraisal would take a week. I felt since I didn’t meet the financial standards (being as I’m a caretaker on a fixed income), that best suited her. I got bare minimum treatment. Actively seeking a new dealership
Mobility Works Alexandria is a great location. Aaron and Aj did a wonderful job getting my ramp fixed. Aaron had great communication throughout the process and if he was not there GM was very attentive.

Aaron provided great service when we needed maintenance on our van valet chair! It had been moving slow and he did extensive testing to get it back up to speed. Thank you!
