The lady that conducted my my appraisal was very passive aggressive. When they looked at my car she passively handed me my key. I had to ask the assistant if that was all and she told me that the appraisal would take a week. I felt since I didn’t meet the financial standards (being as I’m a caretaker on a fixed income), that best suited her. I got bare minimum treatment. Actively seeking a new dealership
