Very bad customer service i’m professional administration very rude. I never recommended only a Cinnaminson stay away from these guys.
Recently had a lift installed by MobilityWorks. Ken and his staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Addressed all our issues on a timely basis. Would highly recommend.
We scheduled an appointment with Ken and he never showed up. I arrived at the building to find it closed and nobody was around. I then called the customer service line who verified I was on the schedule. The associate wasn’t able to get in touch with Ken or another person named Stacy. People who are purchasing medical vans are already navigating a difficult schedule to ensure caregivers are present for their disabled family member. I went out of my way to be disappointed this morning. 👎🏻👎🏻
