We had an issue with the Highlander II which Colin was able to diagnose and repair. He did a fantastic job, explaining along the way what the issue was and how he fixed it. He is quite knowledgeable, very polite and even cleaned the grease smudges before leaving! I'd give him a 10/10!
Have nothing but good words to say about our consultant Josef and the rest of the team at the Niles location. Very knowledgeable, they listened, and were able to locate a vehicle within their network that didn't break the bank. I highly recommend this location and Josef.
