Hidden "Exotic" Fees, Mechanical Failure, and Unprofessionalism I brought my 2023 Toyota Supra here for adaptive hand controls and had an incredibly unprofessional experience. 1. The Quote Bait-and-Switch: Originally quoted $2,500, I was handed a $4,000 bill at pickup. This included a surprise $1,500 "Exotic Car Fee" never mentioned beforehand.
