I walked into Mobility Works and was Warmly greeted by Chuck CMC. I was realistic and saved for MONTHS what I could as I'm not rolling in dough LOL. He was very empathetic and SURPRISED me by walking/driving MY ❤️ scooter out AND 66% of the money I was prepared to spend!!!! God is good and he guided me to Chuck today. Thank you....(nickname) Jody
All of these reviews are peachy and I get it. New chair, great salesperson, fast installers! Then you need service.😥 $250.00 deposit and they are a week out to get you a service person. 😡 That sucks!!!
Last time I took my van there for service, I sat in their waiting room for several hours, spoke with the head mechanic, got charged a bundle of money; all for nothing! Nothing was fixed at all! I hope I never have to go there again!!! 6/18/26: Well, they called me about my bad review, so I really gave Amber a piece of my mind! Thank you Next Day Access installers Andy and Emma and sales rep Chris. The ramp was installed on Feb 3, 2026 at 10 AM. On one of the freezing cold days of this past winter. They were finished in a few hours. We are very satisfied with the installation. The snow was easily brushed through the ramp. Everything happened just as expected.
