Pretty disappointed in this MW location. Was having a problem with the ramp side sliding door not closing correctly. The tech and service manager told me my mid door roller was bent and the only way to fix it was replacing the entire door hinge roller assembly. With parts and labor it'd be $1800+. Was told it was a time intensive job, that panels on the interior had to be pulled, etc. All a lie. Purchased a $17 door roller, loosened 2 nuts, slid the part out and replaced it within 30 minutes.
