I suffered a massive stroke in December of 2023. Not sure if I would ever be able to drive again, I was devastated. Well after working with the amazing Heather at Fanny Allen Driver’s Rehab to get trained with adaptive equipment, I was ready to get my car installed with adaptive equipment! This location has really turned things around! Josh and Richard are great in the front, but the biggest change has come in the back of the shop. They have two amazing techs (Mike and Andy) that can diagnose and fix any problems. If you've been avoiding this store due to staff shortages, give them another try, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend!

Went to Mobilityworks looking for a solution for our smaller car (VW Alltrack). Discovered Veigel Comfort Transfer Board and custom installed for us. This transfer board permits disabled partner to easily get in and out of car. Very fast turnaround, excellent service. Thanks Guys

The Essex MobilityWorks shop has new service and tech resources that are great! We have been customers for 20+ years and have seen it all! Richard is delightfully positive, straightforward and knowledgeable, and calls are taken or returned promptly! He is aware of the difficulties in recent years and he and Josh seem committed to providing this invaluable service for wheelchair vans in this area!
