Mobility Works installed the hand controls in my car in May 2024 after I learned to drive with my hands from Heather at UVM. The crew did a great job right from the start! My hand controls stopped functioning properly after about 15 months in my car. Mike and Josh got it in the shop and found the problem quickly! The tech crew are great and were able to fix my car within a few days after getting the part ordered. These guys are amazing. Expert installation of a Braun Turney Evo in place of the front passenger seat of our Honda Pilot which has been life changing for us. My wife has MS and it makes getting in and out the car a breeze. She has even used it as a seat in the out position to watch the eclipse and fireworks. Twice we’ve needed service for issues and were able to get help quickly and efficiently. Even called me on a Sunday to get me set up for service first thing Monday morning. We highly recommend them!
I had an easy lock installed today including a bracket for my chair itself. Josh The general manager, Richard The service manager and Mike the service technician we’re all top-notch and even worked together seamlessly in front of me to troubleshoot some issues with the device. I had an emergent issue with one of my modifications and Richard at mobility works got me in the very next day. Thorough and attentive, Richard went above and beyond and really made me feel safe and taken care of. You can tell he really loves what he does!
