EXCELLENCE, It's the only word I would use to describe my continuing relationship with this company. To say the least, I have had a few (lol) vehicles modified here w/hand controls. I visit this place on a Saturday. They are not open on Saturday they only work by appointments on Saturday.

We ordered a beach wheelchair. I agreed to be flexible with the drop off plan. We didn’t get the wheelchair until 3pm yet paid for the entire day. Mobility Works is saying Clouds of Goods can refund but won’t, Clouds of Goods is saying Mobility Works is the only one who can refund, but won’t. In the morning, I spoke to Mr.Gilbert and he said he’d arrive around noon. 1pm came, no one had arrived.
