I came here for lower back issues. My back seized and the physio had given me exercises. Nev recognised that a couple of the exercises were contraindicated due to a specific mechanical problem I had. Hes helped with exercise advice for weight-loss and strength. Ive been seeing him regularly for maintenance treatment.
I recently found Nev after years of suffering migranes. I didn’t realise there could be musculoskeletal triggers for my headaches. With some regular sessions and dry needling my headaches are now a lot more manageable. He was great and explained everything in detail and was great with the dry needling which I wasn’t sure about. On his advice I’ve also made huge changes to my posture including not sleeping on my stomach which I had no idea was making everything worse.

I had some bad knee pain from running, did physio for a while but it didn't settle. Found mobilityrx and Nev was able to explain my pain and resolve it with some dry needling. We are now working on strengthening the hips. I'm running more and the knee has been solid. Highly recommend!
