We called about 1 for a chair that would not budge, we were put on hold, and when she came back, she said someone would be here within the next couple of hours. He was at our door half an hour later! Xavier Krier went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve the problem, its moving like silk! He was soooo pleasant, too! Absolutely 5 star!
