My experience was wonderful. Brian was an excellent technician. He was warm and very professional. Installation went very smooth, Bryan worked as efficiently with the installation and he cleaned up every speck of dust and debris. Bryan then explained how I had to use the chair lift properly. He explained how to move the chair and the importance of using the seat belt. He also watched me use the lift. I was very happy with the service.
Bryan did an awesome job installing my stairlift and he was very thorough in explaining how to use it. Julianne in the office was great to work with. She was very efficient and helpful in accommodating my needs. I would highly recommend Mobility 123
Great experience from Julianne making sure we got the best stair lift for our situation to Zach and Xavier installing it and making sure we were comfortable using it. I was happy to shop local at Mobility 123 and had many questions that were answered fully.
The entire process was very easy and everyone we worked with was great! Julianne got us going, Zack & Xavier took the old lift out and Ray & Bryan put the new lift in. Not issues at any part. And my father-in-law is thrilled!
Well, that was a great experience for purchasing our stair lift. Julianne was very friendly and prompt in returning any correspondence needed to get our project going. We were amazed at how quick they were able to complete the project. Zach and Xavier were awesome. They communicated exactly what time they would arrive.
