My experience with Mobility 123 was incredible! Julianne the sales person went above and beyond to make my purchase extremely informative answering any question or concerns I may have. When Bryan arrived to install the chair lift he was extremely polite and professional from the installation to the explanation of how to utilize the chair lift. No muss no fuss! Easy as 1 2 3. In and out. From the sale with. Adam. He gave all the options with plans and equipment. With Xavier the installer. Who gave a detail demonstration of the product and Its operation. Looks great!! Mom will love it once she gets use to it.
Well, that was a great experience for purchasing our stair lift. Julianne was very friendly and prompt in returning any correspondence needed to get our project going. We were amazed at how quick they were able to complete the project. Zach and Xavier were awesome. They communicated exactly what time they would arrive. Julianne and Merlin are great product representatives. Julianne helped us with our purchase challenges with the patience of a saint. She made our purchase easy and effortless from inception to conclusion. Merlin performed an A1 install in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions completely and knowledgabily. He was very courteous to our family while they attempted to assist. LOL. Great team!! Highly recommend!!!
