No muss no fuss! Easy as 1 2 3. In and out. From the sale with. Adam. He gave all the options with plans and equipment. With Xavier the installer. Who gave a detail demonstration of the product and Its operation. Looks great!! Mom will love it once she gets use to it.
I am very glad that I chose this company to install my stairlift. Julianne was a pleasure to work with setting everything up and providing information from the beginning. Zach and Heath were very efficient with the install, kind, and explained everything clearly. They also called ahead as requested so I can get my dog in a room. The demo was great and I learned a lot. This was done quickly from phone call to install, and I appreciate it so much. Highly recommend this company!
Well, that was a great experience for purchasing our stair lift. Julianne was very friendly and prompt in returning any correspondence needed to get our project going. We were amazed at how quick they were able to complete the project. Zach and Xavier were awesome. They communicated exactly what time they would arrive. Julianne and Merlin are great product representatives. Julianne helped us with our purchase challenges with the patience of a saint. She made our purchase easy and effortless from inception to conclusion. Merlin performed an A1 install in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions completely and knowledgabily. He was very courteous to our family while they attempted to assist. LOL. Great team!! Highly recommend!!!
My Mobility 123 Elan chairlift was installed today, January 19th by Merlin. He did a great job with the installation of the unit. He was also very thorough in explaining every facet of the chairlift and all the safety features. This chairlift will be a lifesaver for me and I'm very happy that Mobility could install this very quickly for me.
