Wonderful business as long as everything goes well. I bought a second scooter for my 94 year old father and it could not keep up with the first. I took the day off work to return the scooter. (my first mistake) They did order a new engine and batteries. I was then asked when I was getting there to pick it up. I asked if it should not be their responsibility to return it?
