Allowed a buyer to close and have keys to our home when they didn’t even have the executed deed on hand. Shady business - BEWARE if you’re a seller and your buyer is using them. They are “affiliated” with Avery Hess, whose agent claims the buyer signed the DEED so it had to be done correctly. Uh, no honey…only the seller signs the deed. Better go back to real estate school.

Horrible business . They should not be in business . Do not use them . Clueless , scammers , made up fees for no reason and unprofessional.
