The service man at Mobility systems his name is Paul probably one of the best Service people that I know personally he shows up he fixes any repairs and he goes out of his way several times to make things better for the person in need the wheelchair ramp that my mom has was making a loud noise Paul fixed it And it is working very well.
I’m so lucky to have had this shop work with the VA to get a Turning Chair installed in our Truck. I feel like I won the lottery! Paul is an expert in disability equipment and electronics plus he is a patient teacher for those of us with new equipment. He went through potential problems we may experience with the chair and gave solutions. Susan is a customer service pro, and helped us successfully navigate VA procedures. Mr Paul and Mrs Susan have been doing all my vehicles since my first car at 17 years old I'm now 43. They've become more like family than just a random shop that does handicap equipment on vehicles. They've always been caring, professional, and do top notch work.
