David from Mobility Specialists did an amazing job with the ramp installation at my mom's place. The work was very difficult and custom because of the angle of the front door, and it took David and his worker a full day of labour to complete the installation. He was very attentive to all the details of the job, which require building a wooden platform at a particular angle and with a very slight slope to align with the actual ramp that needed to be installed. I needed to put a ramp in my garage. David was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The ramp is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company. Edit: I reached out to David because I have developed a condition with my back that made it hard for me to use the original system they installed. They found a new solution that is perfect for me again and did an excellent job accommodating mine and my son's needs. Thank you!
